So a little to the center left, there is a tab that says "Get AMD Drivers" click that and it will tell you what drivers you need for your system. After clicking that, you can click the "download now" under automatically detect. I don't remember where to find the ATI Radeon HD 4200 in the manually select section, so it's better to just let AMD scan and show you what drivers you need.
Also the drivers aren't too important on that site. Knowing the information is better suited such as that you have enough V-RAM.

struggling to even use the site or click anything with all these pop ups..

Go on steam and download driver booster 4 (its free) It will update all your drivers
