So my brother got a suspension on xbox for harrasment/abuse and i beileve a com suspension before that. The ban has been over for about 2 weeks. He has made multiple accounts and it still says "due to past behaviour" error when trying to join parties/send messages on every one.

Nah it's not console suspension. I got my Xbox one console banned. It just says console banned and cannot connect to internet

well i had my acc perm banned so i know a fair but about bans and such lol. But yeah if it was console banned it wouldnt even connect to internet. Its like a glitch or maybe "console com banned??". And as far as trying a friends account he doesnt know anyone that will let him add their acc so thats kinda hard.

It's because it is probably set as the 'home' xbox or w/e on the account that broke the rules and got com banned. Therefore, all other accounts on the console will also have the communication ban

this is true but another reason could be that they banned the ip form communications
that happened to me once as i have 2 xbox ones and every account on both were com banned

He juat got an email saying they added 100 days com ban to his exesting 2 week com ban on the account

Bro I got the same exact ban on that same day. I can play online again but I still can't communicate on any account until October. This shit is gay.

Don't know if this is possible to do, but if it is, it's possible that they gave a communications ban to your IP. Try changing your IP then making a new account and see if that works.

It's a console communication ban, I've gotten them before.
