So i built my computer a year ago roughly and want to upgrade the last bits that i haven't done, i am about to order a 500BG SSD. But i want to know information about my CPU

I currently have the AMD FX (tm) - 8350 eight core processor 4.00GHz ( Black Edition )
with 16GB ram
have a AMD Radeon R9 200 series
water cooled CPU
2TB HDD

So basically the bit that i need information for is, is there a better AMD CPU that i can swap to keeping all of the other parts that i am currently running ?

Screenshot what speccy gives you so we can look at your full specs.

You currently have the best AMD CPU for that socket. So, meaning without putting money into your system, you cannot get more performance.

That said, you could overclock your CPU if your motherboard can take it. Hence the need for speccy. With an Overclock, you'd get the best out of your CPU without paying for anything. However, you'd want a decent motherboard to overclock so I'l wait for you to reply and I'm sure we'll come up with a solution.

Oh, if you do want to throw money at your PC, let us know how much you have and we'll sort out a valid upgrade path too.

There is no logical CPU upgrade for you without a new motherboard and RAM, which I would recommend. However, I would stick with the SSD for now. You don't really need to get a 500GB SSD, considering SSD prices are pretty expensive these days. A nice 250GB SSD would do fine. I'd recommend the Crucial MX300 or Samsung 850 EVO.
