Does anyone know is there any way to like, with magic bullet looks to convert the cc to a layer that can be copied and pasted to different files. Can find the answer anywhere

I would say no. a magic bullet preset would be a bunch of settings not just an overlay layer. Why not just load up what ever pic you want to apply magic bullet preset on?
