It sounds like the menu isn't installed right to me. The rank.gsc file goes in 'gametypes' and the rest go outside of that folder. Make sure you installed the Tesserract also because unless your on a server that doesn't have a decent bypass you shouldn't have been banned already

Speaking of which, Theres a tutorial somewhere if you cant connect to online games to install the tesseract without dlc and for me i use that file whenever i wanna play without mods and i can get into online games flawlessly (I know it has nothing to do with the topic per say but just for future reference and the comment above reminded me of it haha)
