I apologize if this has been covered before in another thread.
So just recently I have not been able to connect to xbox live through the 360 emulator. I can connect to live through the regular xbox one menu. It has worked in the past but i was having issues with my NAT type being strict so I deleted my Xbox from router and connected again and everything was fine. I now have an open NAT type. However, when I try to play an old 360 game (Cod: WAW) I immediately get a prompt saying console can't connect to xbox live. I've tried clearing local 360 storage, deleting my profile from xbox and redownloadimg it. I've also tried opening the ports suggested by xbox website. Nothing seems to be working.
Anyone got any ideas?

So far I have tried WAW and Black ops 2. Since I cleared local 360 storage I no longer have a 360 account on the console and when asked to download a profile, I get promoted with "Can't connect to xbox live".

In case anyone else is having this problem I have found a solution. I had to factory reset my console, which also has seemed to fix some of my connectivity issues as well.

It used to constantly disconnect me from live. I think I ended clearing the 360 cache on my Xbox one and it seemed alright afterwards
