try boot into xell by turning on the console by ejecting the disk tray, wait a few minutes, turn it off, then reboot your console like normal

Seems like your RGH is giving you quite some trouble. It's weird though.

I saw your other post also and you said the console was freezing after a few minutes and the screen was getting all pixelated, Is that still the case?

Try booting in Xell. First unplug and plug the power cord in! Then open the disc tray and it should boot xell, and if any case that doesn't work. Look inside the console where the fan is and turn the console on and see if you can find a blue, red light blinking every couple seconds! If you do not it may be your power brick or the console may need to be repaired and if so id go to Rodent Modz or Streamah for US or Moxi UK!

If the screen was all pixelated and now its not booting, That's hardware failure, you need to get your GPU reballed/replaced, it's going to completely fail soon.
I would recommend talking to Rodent_Modz and seeing if he offers a repair service, he will get the console fixed up for you

Most of the time with GPU related issues you can still boot into xell because xell is loaded into cpu buffer and doesnt use GPU
