if someone shipped my items on may 25 how many business days does today mark now including saturday? and how many business days does today mark not including saturday?

10 days including saturday or 8 days without including saturday.

8 days not including weekends. You could just look it up on a calendar yourself for in the future. Just count all of the weekdays leading up to whatever date.
