It may just need some time. I had a rgh trinity and when i first got it i was new to all of it . So i had no clue boot time are horrible on this console. My boot times ranged from 15 secs to 45 mins to a hour

it usually an instant boot, and when i let it try boot, it turns off after 5 minutes, the chip starts off red, then when i turn it on flashes green a few times, controller lights up like normal but console doesnt, then just turns off after certain time

got it going, just loaded uo xell reloaded, then turned console off and on and it worked

You may need a manual reflash.
But you also can try to take a updflash.bin file and try to rewrite your nand with the update

i fixed it, i booted it up by ejecting and loading it into xell reloaded, let it do its thing for a few minutes rebooted and it worked, dunno what i did but it seemed to work lmao
