I started not to long ago on focusing on my credit and I have 3 past due bill that have been sent to a collection agency I was wondering if I do not pay them and wait my 7 year deadline can I still improve my credit with them being on there

Depending on which country you are from, it varies.
If you are in the United States and have a bill sent to the collection agency, you are pretty much killing your credit.
Most places now allow payment plans where you pay like 50$ a month and as long as you do that, they won't send it to collection.
Credit score is very important, so i would make sure you resolve it because with bad credit, you can't get a loan, car, apartment/house.

I got scammed on PayPal and I'm not paying them back they are sending to collection soon. Rip whatever credit I managed to build up
