Stickies can be found in different forums. In same cases staff stickies something that generalizes the main parts of that sub-forum. In other forums, stickies can be purchased by members. In these kinds of stickies; sticky holders are allowed "special" permission that a non-sticky holder doesn't have.
There are always at the top of a forum, and are a darker green color.
