How do I download hot wheels pass without buying the game bundle?

Probably wait for its release. It comes out tomorrow, should be ready by then. Think its only bundled as of now.

The dlc will be released at 6pm UK time today (9th MAY) or 10am pacific time
The dlc is not bundle only and can be downloaded without the expansion pass
