Workout splits?Posted:

I was planning on doing Chest/Tri's twice a week because I feel they're the most crucial parts to a physique.
I don't want to exclude legs (because that's moronic)
Any help would be appreciated

My split for the past few months has been:

Monday - Heavy Chest/Triceps
Tuesday - Back/Biceps
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Shoulders/Traps/Forearms
Friday - Legs
Saturday - Light Chest
Sunday - Rest

I also sprinkle cardio and abs into my workouts Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

That's a nice split there man, looking for a 6day and I'm considering throwing traps in a back workout

I like to do a 5 day ppl split. I was doing a 6 day split but my current situation doesn't allow me too. Anyways if I were doing a 6 day ppl split it would look like this.

Mon: Back/bi's heavy day
Tues: Chest, shoulders, tris hypertrophy day
Wed: legs heavy day
Thurs: Rest or Back/bi's hypertrophy day
Fri: chest, shoulders, tris heavy day or Back/bi hypertrophy day (only if I took Thursday off)
Sat: legs hypertrophy day
Sun: Rest or legs hypertrophy day (Only if I took Thursday off)
