Party chat keeps crashing

My party chat keeps crashing when i join or start a party i load up a game and it crashes immediately. its been like this for the past 2 days. please help

Did you try fully restarting your console? By fully restarting, I mean turning it off, unplugging the power cord, pressing the power button several times while still unplugged, then plugging back in and rebooting.
By doing this, ensuring everything is getting cleared, including the cache.

Okay, you said it only happens when you load up a game. So if your on the dashboard with no games running you can use party chat?

yeah. But like 10 seconds of me opening a game it crashes

And that happens with any game? Not just with one? Because to me that is indicative of some kind of system corruption/game corruption.

All i play is BO2, Destiny and FIFA 17. Imma unistall them and see if that helps.
