I'm looking at these 3 rigs for my brother and would appreciate some input on them. A simple rating out of 10 for each would be greatly appreciated (any other info would be great too). Thanks in advance.
1) - Fractal Node 304 Mini ITX Case
- i7 6700K 4ghz with Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
- ASRock FATAL1TY Z170 GAMING-ITX/AC
- Nvidia GTX 1060 (Single Fan)
- 32GB DDR RAM
- 240GB Kingston HyperX Predator PCIe Gen2 x4 (M.2) Solid State Drive
- 1 x 1 TB HDD and 1 x 2TB HDD
- SeaSonic 650-Watt Modular 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Active PFC Power Supply
2) CPU: i7-6700K (Has mild overclock on it)
Motherboard: MSI z170a M5 Gaming.
GPU: Asus STRIX gtx 1070
Ram: 16gb Corsair
Case: NZXT S340
PSU: EVGA 650 WATT full modular
Fans: Aftermarket Enermax fans.
CPU COOLER: cryorig h7(Cpu never goes over 60 degrees celsius )
Storage: Sandisk SSD Plus 240gb and WD Blue 1tb drive

I'm going to assume that these are pre-built computers?
If that is the case, you would be better off consulting the PC building forum and getting some advice from them.

They are all a 5 or lower from me, you are overpaying for some of it to begin with, mITX z170 costs almost as much as a decent z270 board at the moment.
The last build is mixed all over the place to be fair. Are you building these or buying them?

They aren't the best gaming rigs. I would give all of them a 5 overall. Idk what he is looking at doing on them.
