Can't find anything on this, i'm wondering, are the custom gamerpics actually custom (like we can pick our own on ttg) or are they just a big update with more premade pictures?

They are totally custom, meaning you can upload whatever. As long as it follows the code of conduct.

With the newest Alpha update I seen somewhere in Insiders app that features will be slowly enabled. I couldn't find anything either for customer gamerpic on my acc or club.
