I'd say that most college sports fans and the majority of college sports writer like to label the SEC as a football conference. After last night there is now officially 3 SEC teams in the Elite 8.

FLORIDA GATORS !!
KENTUCKY WILDCATS !!
SOUTH CAROLINA GAMECOCKS !!

Shoutout to these 3 programs for puttting SEC basketball on the map.

The ACC had 9 teams in the tourney to begin with but only one team to make it out of the first weekend. That team would be UNC who isn't going to be in the tourney much longer after they face the Wildcats of Kentucky. Last time these teams played Malik Monk almost dropped 50 in one of the best performances of the year.

That Florida buzzer beater was amazing last night. That is what it's all about those close games and upsets. Always love to see a buzzer beater in a good game. And I'm with you on that when most people think of the SEC they think football.

Some more huge games on tonight.

Buzzer beaters are amazing, I agree. The Villanova vs NC buzzer beater last year was nuts.

As for the this year, **** UCLA man. I wanted them to go all the way and I expected them to play Villanova in the championship but somehow both teams lost.
