I have 400K to improve this team please could some people help

imo, I'd go for this. I've played with all of these players so I'm speaking on my experience with each player in their position.

You'd be able to afford all of these players in your 400K budget, but by selling the players you're replacing you would have even more left over.

EDIT: I forgot to mention; when in-game, change Kante & Dele Ali around so Kante is in the centre.
