My friend has installed a new graphics card into his computer. (GIGABYTE RADEOM RX460 WINDFROCE OC 2GB GAMING GRAPHICS CARD)

He has installed the drivers through the disk and downloaded them from the website.
The graphics card is working and he is able to play single players games with no problem at the correct bench mark ect.
The problem is that he can not play online games. He can talk to us and teamspeak but when he joins a games in the likes of CSGO or H1Z1 as soon as he connects to the server it disconnects his pc from the internet. Once he disconnects from the game he then reconnects.
Can anyone help. He is willing to pay for a answer we have been waiting ages to be able to play games together and this has been a big let down!

Thanks!

Im not sure. They internet works fine and worked even after putting the graphics card in its only when we go onto a online game. Though I realised this today.
H e uses a usb thing to connect to the internet and dosent have a internet card. Could that be it?

And yes he does use WIFI. He uses a USB Antenna instead of the antenna that you screw into the back

Just drag a monitor over to where his router is, take the PC, and test ethernet see if there is a difference. A GPU wouldn't cut games off the moment you go online lol
