You'll benefit from the CPU more in editing, and gave you a rather large HDD for video, and some program/game storage.

13's build is leaning towards more of a both steady and decent build for gaming and workstation based work, this is leaning more towards a budget workstation.

You should be able to get the case and CPU cooler from NCIX, and everything else from Newegg. If you want the best prices, but everything from different sites. Yes, it's easy to put the system together. There are some threads here that can help you with that, and a shit ton of YouTube videos. I'd recommend watching a couple of YouTube videos first so you at least have a rough idea of what to do. Any problems, post in the relevant section here and someone will help you out.

Yes they're all trusted sites. I imagine they ship from within the US. Not sure why they wouldn't.
