Do you have the disc that you got with your computer? the windows disk, if not I recommend you try every reset option if you're able to boot your computer at all,.

If not your best option is to boot from an HDD With windows on it ( windows installer ) or the disk you received with your PC, other than that you'll need to take it into the shop and have them do it for you, not much you can do unless you can explain in more detail so maybe we can help.

You can also try boot your PC up and then press F11 or 12, forgot.. and find the option to reset your computer that way.

Try booting windows off of another Hard Drive/ Flash Drive. If that does not work might have to format drive and try reinstalling again.

Boot into BIOS, change the boot order to USB first - make sure you have Win10 on the USB ready to install, boot your PC & it should boot into the installation. Delete your HDD data when prompt to install the OS & choose the corresponding drive.

get a copy of linux, delete any partitions off the main drive then try again, you have to clear the old boot data since in your last post you seemed to not delete the right thing.

Hi there,

I too have experienced this issue first hand, I would recommend changing the way the system boots (Keep note of the original) - UEFI boot - and then boot directly to the USB, when the installer asks whether you would like to use a standard or custom install select 'Custom', In the partitions window delete each one and press new after and press apply, once you have cleared all partitions restart the device and boot again to the USB. Install Windows 10, if this doesn't work then change the way the system boots back to its original setting and try again.

This fixed my issue and the laptop now has a fresh install of Windows 10 Installed.
