So I'm currently without a computer and will be until I can buy me a new one. I was wondering though, is there any good programs/apps I can download onto my galaxy or tablet that I can use to mock up some designs in the meantime?

Adobe actually has a bunch.
I think you can get a lightweight version of Photoshop.
