I have literally spent an hour or 2 just messing up.

I am trying to use this image

With like the font saying GTA Modded Account Giveaway with like a money png in the corner and that jazz and it just doesn't want to co-operate. When the image is too small, I resize it to fit and then its blurry. I have tried with loads of images and it just refuses to co-operate. Someone help me Please ;_;

thats not entirely specific, so you are trying to resize a smaller picture or ?
