Just go short on the sides, like a slight fade and leave the top. I'm not familiar with the buzzard numbers, so I can't comment on that.

It's just some variant of a fade which is what I have now. It looks like either a .5 or a 1 on the sides and just trimmed up on top. If you show the barber the picture he/she will be more than capable of recreating it though.

Your best bet is to take the picture to the barber and show them what you want. That length looks like a 1 or a 2. Could be a 2 to 1 fade also!

Here is what an undercut looks like. Its not what your are exactly looking for, but its short on the sides and then you can style it on top however you want! You can see on the bottom row that not all guys style it the same and have the slick backed look.
