The meta at the moment is 4 alpha bridge pieces with assault riffles. Preferably a lightweight m4 or a lvoa-c with a famas.
Savage gloves
Specialized backpack.

Barretts chest if you have it.
4800 firearms-7200 stamina
or 6000 firearms with 6000 stamina
