I purchased a recovery and was told to wait 30 days for my character to transfer but its been 30 days and it says,unable to transfer

Could be anything? Contact him and ask if hes knows from other people having this problem? and is the account a new account because obviously you can only transfer once per account..

Prob has something to Do with your level or amount of cash? Can't be over 500m and you want your level like 350 and under bro.
