I'm currently partnered with reflict network they were good at first paying a reasonable CPM, but now they are absolutely taking a shit on me giving me $7 for +100,000 which is an absolute joke, making up some crap that I'm not getting that many views when I know for a fact that I am, anyway I'm going to leave them ASAP and was just wanting people's opinions on what network I should join after I leave my current network, I would want to join a network that offers a fair CPM if you could help me out it would be greatly appreciated and I'll link my channel below, it's not a gaming channel so it would have to be a network that accepts other channel.

it doesn't depends on network. It's january's CPM drop. it happens to everyone. you can just google information about that and Reflict is a brilliant network, don't lose account with them

I've googled it but still believe after January drop I should be getting more than $14 for nearly 300,000 views

First of all, network can not interfere in placing advertising or other youtube's work.
Secondly, it's network's interest to you earn more, because if you earn more, they will earn more. it's simple.
and CPM is depenging on various factors, country, niche, video tags and description. If these views are generated by one video, i think, this video has no High CPM and it isn't advertising friendly. that's the poing of this situation. It's not network's fault
