Really comes down to personal preference and how important being close to home is to you.

I would need to know your salary now, example 15k-30k wouldn't be a life changing difference really but 50k-100k would

I moved away from all my friends and family for a nice ass job. I'm well off with money and all I can think about is everyone I left behind.
But I'm just being a little btch, I'll get over it. $$

I agree w/ Halo here, if someplace had offered me a job 2x what I was making I wouldn't really think twice about leaving.

Sure I leave behind family and probably my girl bc shes in college, but I'd be doing for the future of me and I wouldn't disconnect w/ people if I was making double what I make now I'd be able to see them on vacations and stuff.

So put it this way life isn't about money no life is about being happy. But money definitely can buy happiness.

Personally for such a big decision I would wanna research where the other job is in detail because I wouldn't wanna move there if its a bad area or something while also being away from everyone I know.

Considering I have nothing that's truly holding me where I am, for double the salary I'd say why not. I could just rent a place until I find something more permanent
