Looking for a decent PC build around $550 max at around $650. I'm looking for a PC that can handle games like : Insurgency, Squad, BF1 on decent / good settings. ( not the best but not the worst ) if possible try to get around or over 60 FPS please. I don't need a mouse or keyboard btw.

You can upgrade your CPU in the future (Something like an i5-6600K would be good).
RX 470 is a decent 1080p card.
You may wish to buy a HDD in the future if you need a lot of storage but an SSD for now is a better idea.

You can buy Windows 10 for around $40 from various sources (g2a, Reddit, etc.) or just use a free operating system (Linux).

Is this upgradable? Would it be worth it to go ahead and spend a little more and get an i5?

Yes, you can upgrade the CPU when necessary. It would be better to spend the extra and get it outright than buying the i3 and purchasing the i5 at a later date: saving you around $100 in total..

Don't buy an i3-6100. Pentium G4560 will offer almost identical performance for $30 less. What monitor are you using, OP?
