Been having issue with YouTube recently.
For some reason, when I go to a video, it'll sit on a black screen for roughly 20 seconds before it'll play, no buffering symbol, browser isn't loading anything either.
Have tried Incognito mode as forums suggest, no luck.
Have tried with and without Adblock & other extensions, no luck.
Have Tried Chrome, Firefox and Opera, currently using Chrome Canary, all have the same issues.
Have tried with and with Hardware Acceleration, no luck.
Has anyone else had this issue and managed to find a fix for it, ive looked through a few forums but all the above suggestions don't appear to help.

It does this with everyone. It's a new feature they installed to help videos run more smoothly.
