Ok so I'm playing on Xbox one trolling people in the ruiner 2000 and I'm completely legit, but this one kid who is only level 20 didn't understand the ruiner 2000 is actually a car and he thought I was modding because I was shooting rockets and jumping around. So he reported me and I've heard of a lot of people getting banned for no reason and I worked really hard to get where I'm at and I have a few mil.. will I be banned ?

You won't get banned- you're on Xbox One. You can't mod online.
