Not a big fan of the first one. It just isn't my style, but it looks nice in the aspect of how you made it. If it were me though, I'd choose some different colors. I'm not a big fan of the colors you mixed. Also the light that you used at the bottom looks off. You need to fade it a little more in my opinion.

The second one though I like a lot! the colors, the style, the whole shabang... It's nice.

The first one is horrendous, needs color correction and blending. Second one is nice and clean though

Alright now that you said you watched some tutorials I feel like the bottom one was a free template.

These styles are overused.
Are they out of date?
That I'm not sure about, I don't keep up with the COD graphics community anymore.

Also the font on the bottom one, is way too small.
I can't read it at all.
