id rather not question why but i am back online. EVERY MONTH i get the DSN error telling me to unplug my router or modem and to plug it back in, with help of fellow ttg users i changed the DSN to googles, 8.8.8.8 - 8.8.4.4 nothing changed but still good advice. after i did that about 20 minutes later i was able to go online, but there was a different error. It told me "there was a problem on our end" and i was back online. further more i question if xbox is just **** up every month assuming theres an issue with my settings and there isnt?! i dont know but i do know that its annoying as ferk and im usually not allowed on xbox for a day or 2 because of it. thanks to all who helped this is an ongoing thing, ill see you next month when i get the problem again lol
P.S. i am a total noob i didnt manual set up anything except changing the DSN to googles

Sweet man that's cool that it works now. Just to let you know it's DNS not DSN.

Have you tried contacting your internet provider? It could be on their end.

Get in contact with your provider who does your internet then problem solved
