You likely will not, just like your gamerscore topic. It doesn't quite matter anymore it isn't as heavily checked for nowadays.

go ahead throw yourself a 10 year, and risk the chance which is very low.

If you are going to mod turn off your WiFi and that then once your done turn it back on.you will only get banned if your gamescore is to high and your avatar being modded but 50/50 your gamescore might get reset by them if it to high
