£500-£700 GBP PC Build

I am wanting a build for the given budget of £500-£700. I would like somethin that would allow me to play all games at high (ultra if possible) at good frame rates.
Of course I would prefer the build to be at the lower end of the budget, but Idm spending more if it's worth it. If possible I would like a gpu which allows triple monitor display but it is not a big deal if it is not.
Operating will need to be considered in the final cost, but peripherals will not, as I already have. The computer will be used for both picture/video editing and gaming

You've posted threads with enough information before lol. We need to know what you need within budget and you've already told us what it's being used for.
Just seen you updated the post. Could you tell us what peripherals you're using, or at least what monitor so we can suggest the best components for you.

I'm using an old-ish acer monitor which is 1440p

You could get it cheaper by getting an i5 and an RX 470 or a 4GB 480. However, since you're using a 1440p monitor, I'd say it's just worth spending the extra little bit for an i5 and 8GB 480. Budget case and PSU but they're about the best you're going to get for their price range.
