This is a complete joke post, crossfit is a complete meme in my eyes.
Calum von Moger always roasts crossfit in his youtube videos.
Personally, I'm building muscle mass atm, might cut when I feel like it but for a couple of years I'm going to sensibly build mass (with a few mini cuts; just to help improve my physique) and from then try to maintain muscle mass and below 12% bodyfat

Yeah i've been in and out of the gym for 3 years now with university. No excuse really but i'm too skint.

Alot of Gyms give a pretty good discount if you have a student card. If possible look for a gym that gives discount to students to afford it.

Check if you can get a membership discount or even a free membership near your uni (some colleges do that)

i find cutting an absolute nightmare

carb cycle, 1 high 3 low (1 high carb day, 3 low carb days)
