Was just wondering if there is a way to get modded weapons on dead island on xbox one?

im pretty sure you cant. unless someone has made a modded game save. But im pretty sure its not possible

I've been told people can and I've seen someone say they've got them for ps4 I just want modded weapons lol

Haven't seen an exploit on New Gen as of yet, so I'd say no.

Word of mouth without proof when it comes to modding is almost completely untrustworthy.

If it uses your xbox 360 game save then you can get a modded gamesave for 360 and then use it one the Xbox One but if it doesn't there is no possible way.

There is some cheats and glitches that you can do in order to easily earn modified weapons and blueprints within the game, but no actual mods.

Use Horizon to mod a save on the 360 then move it to the cloud and when you load Dead Island on the Xbox One select the cloud as your device (which will be your only option I believe) then you should be able to load it.

I did it with Fallout 3.

Dead Island isn't backwards compatible, he is playing the Dead Island definitive edition (standalone game for Xbox One and PS4) so there is no possibility of using a cloud save.
