So for some reason I had my account banned from GTA online and with that came a full reset, If I was to create a new rock star account and get it modded is it still possible to transfer it over to PC?
my banned account I feel was wrongly done but when I got in contact they told me all resets are final. I just do not want to grind my way back to where I was as it took me from day one of GTA online on the 360.
