I'm trying to find a good free website builder where files can be easily be uploaded and accessed by others.

I've tried Google sites and Wordpress but they were either too complicated for the person working on it or it didn't have free file uploading.

I suggest weebly or wix as well, very simple & easy sites to use.

In school we had to make a website using weebly and it was so simple and easy.
Some kid later used weebly to make a 'hate page' of one of the popular girls from school, it was hilarious the things said on the page.

i used weebly to make a streaming/video upload/forum site and it worked fine its super simple imo then theres the other one called wix or something like that which looks good

You can use Wix and build your own very easily!

I started on blogger before moving over to paying for my own host and using wordpress.

Blogger is the best free website to use.
