You'll get people following you on the random aswell i have 100 random followers and i don't even know why i barley post.

Follow randoms with the same niche or same interests as you, use Fav/RT/Follow apps that you can find on the app store/google play and check out some sites that sell followers.

I had 5000 on my personal one time and then got hacked I now have one with 1200.I just tweet normal rubbish. Get your friends in school to follow you, it all adds up.

By looking at your profile, not you need follow more people than just 16 people otherwise your followers won't come through. I follow people from the cod community and I gain 200 followers in the 24 hour period. Not sure what you like so yeah.
