This is quite plausible, because to me Brian does know quite a bit more then some of the characters..

This theory is incorrect. I see where you are coming from though. There is only a small amount of times Brian is writing the "books" or book which was called "Faster than the speed of Love". Also if what you said was the case then we'd be seeing more Stewie jokes about the "never finished book" which he hasn't done for a few seasons now after the book was published by Carter to make weed (cannabis) illegal again. Interesting theory nonetheless but incorrect sadly with a lot of evidence to prove your theory wrong.

I've never noticed anything about a book in any of the episodes.
