I need help from all those PC fanatics. I'm trying to find a good gaming PC with a budget of $500. I already have a mouse, keyboard and monitor. thanks

thanks, what i really just want is to run any mine craft modpack at 60FPS+ and with my laptop, i can't do that. got any ideas? oh and 60FPS with mid to high settings.

Better performance and it's actually close to your budget. I'm sure you can manage the extra $5 or so. If not, get a 1TB HDD and you can save $10, but the 2TB is definitely worth the extra $10. The stock cooler on the i3 will be fine for now, you can add a Cryorig M9i when you have an extra $20 to improve temperatures, aesthetics, and reduce noise.

It's $578 with like $45 worth of rebates, but it still costs $578.
