Only got GTA on my new account is there any quick ways to get money and rank up fast?

You can find a Heist lobby here and do the Pacific Standard glitch and make lots of money easy and quick.
For ranking up I would suggest speeding through Gerald missions as fast as possible.

If you are referring how to do the Heist glitch just find a group from the site I linked and just tell the dudes its your first time and you just wanna make some money.
You would be a filler assuming you don't have the Heist unlocked to host it.
Fillers usually get anywhere between 15% - 25%.
Anything below 20% is a bit fcked imo.
The best thing is you can just keep repeating the heist over and over assuming the host doesnt mess up.

just complete the missions play legit and you'll be there in no time
