Really need someone that knows a thing or two about computers to tell me whether or not this is a decent build. I'd like to know if this could run games like Rust and Skyrim. If there is anything else I need or something I need to change please let me know. Thanks!

No, that's even worse. Why don't you just give us your budget and information we need to help you with a parts list?

I'm looking to spend around $300-$400 and be able to play most games. I understand that's no where near top of the line and i'm okay with that. I can upgrade it in the future. I just want it to be a decent gaming rig for games like Rust, Spintires, GTA with mods, Skyrim, Fallout, etc. if that isn't possible just let me know and I'll understand. Thanks for your help you've earned my rep already bro!

Also, I'd grab that $20 rebate on the PSU if you can. Add a Cryorig M9i when you can, but you can use the stock cooler on the i3 for now.
