The special edition has all the add one but for some reason I can't buy the bearthfire houses and they don't show up on my map. I thought maybe you have to but a starter house first so I bought the one in white run but they still don't show up. How doi get them on the special edition?

You still have to do their quests before you can get them.

That's not even an option. I go to the jarl's and there's 2 speech options and doing a quest isn't one of them
