trying to character transfer and its coming up this message: PREVIOUS GTAO CHARACTERS AND PROGRESS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SOCIAL CLUB ACCOUNT BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO TRANSFER YOUR CHARACTER AND PROGRESSION AT THIS TIME. how can i fix this guys?

People have been having issues with character transfers. If i was you i'd log back into 360 and make sure your account hasn't been hit by the wave like most people.

The GTA character itself could have been reset. I'd login to 360 to see.
