My friend is building a new PC within a timespan of the next 20 weeks and he's looking to play games such as Overwatch, most Call of Duty games, Battlefield 3-4-1 possibly, and other newer titles with decent performance. He isn't looking for peripherals as he's already got those. He would prefer a new OS as well (most likely Win10). His budget as of now is $900 USD
I'd do it myself but I've been inactive as hell and would prefer to get someone a little more experienced in this area to build it. Also don't PM me, post here. Thanks in advance!

Hi bud let me try and put a build together for you
This is one i put together in a minute or two, as it is over some time i will either be revisiting this thread or editing this post when i think of different combinations that i think will be better.
I have not included a optical drive does he need one? (14USD)
I have not included a OS in this list because, it is MUCH cheaper to download windows 10 for free to a USB drive and then booting the new machine up with that USB device and buying a windows 10 product key from a online site like g2a. Tell me whether you will do this or you have something against doing it this way and i will change the build to include the $85 OS instead of a $20ish product key, some people just prefer to keep it simple...

IMO this build has a nice CPU while also having one of the best 1070 GPU's on the market right now. More than enough HDD space and enough SSD space for the OS and his 1 or 2 main games.
Kind regards
