I just can't find the motivation to do it anymore. D\Diagnosed as depressed and shit and only thing on my mind is my dream and career and i never have time for it anymore

There's online programs to get your HS diploma / GED.
Look around on google. try checking out penn foster and see if that's what ur lookin for.

School sucks it truly does, but dropping out is not worth it, you're 15, guessing 9th grade? When I was in 9th grade I lost my house in a flood and got made fun of for it, beat the shit out of the kid who made fun of me for it and spent 6 months on probation. Guess what, I'm 19 now, two diplomas and working on bettering myself. I just battled cancer and won that and I'm not giving up. You got the strength to go on. If you ever need someone to vent to, I'm always on. Hit me up.

What's the problem at regular HS?
One thing I will tell you is you need to look further on your Google searches for School as there are 3 K12 opportunities in Maryland.
I went through WAVA (Washington Virtual Academy) which is a K12 online school for 10th, 11th, and part of 12th grade so I know a little bit about the K12 program. On your particular situation, I would have to agree with your mom. I'm sorry I know it's not what you want to hear and I'm not trying to put you down or anything, but if you can't handle regular HS, I really don't think you can handle online school. I thought it would be easier, but it really does take a lot of self control. You're at home and you make your own schedule.
I'll give you an example. You wake up at noon. No problem because you make your own schedule. But then you have a couple choices, you can go to school, or play Xbox. You think school can wait until tomorrow so you do Xbox. Then tomorrow you look and see everything you need to do to catch up and think you need to do something else to calm down as now you freak out about the work load. Pretty soon, you fall super behind, they start taking away classes and you are down to only 1 or 2 classes so you won't graduate with your class if at all.
If you can't be responsible in regular high school, I really don't think you're ready for online school. It's Monday. I hope you hope on TTG and read my entire post. Don't worry about last week or last month or last year, that came and went, you're just wasting your time watching the re-run. Change. Go to school today, go through all 6 periods or what ever it is, and do your homework. Is it fun? No, but in life there's not a lot of fun things. We do what we have to do so we can do what we want to do. Keep going to school for the duration, don't quit. Even if you don't understand a class or you know you're going to fail the test, still go and try to understand it. One way of looking at it is you have to take it or something like it again so get used to the questions. Alternatively, doing well or trying to do well in school has the opportunity to get you girls. If you're not doing well, my old high school had an after school tutoring system where students could help other students if they wanted. More often than not it was girl helping and girls getting helped. If you need help, go in there so you get some 1 on 1 time with a cute girl and get smarter. If you know the material well, go in there and they will come to you. Anyway, once you start doing well in school, try to get a part time job. Sometimes it doesn't work out for people and that's alright, at least you're trying.
Let me expand on the whole "we have to do what we have to do so we can do what we want to do". I'm 18 years old right now making $24.55/hr guaranteed to gradually go up to $40.36/hr over the next 4 years. Most kids my age are making minimum wage on a dead end job. I worked my ass off in high school to make my name shine. I am doing my dream job of finish carpentry, and on top of that I am traveling the USA free of charge. my plane tickets are free, my hotels are free (and nice, usually at a Hyatt house), I get $30 every day for food, they supply all the tools, my rental cars are free, I'm in a 4 year apprenticeship that is free and at the end I can go to the college and take a couple tests to get a bachelors degree in 1 of 3 different subjects. On top of that, I get insane medical, dental, visual, etc. benefits that cover my family (me, wife, and kids). I worked odd jobs since I was 14, when I graduated I had a ton of career opportunities. This one doesn't pay the most, but I felt it was the best opportunity.
When I did online school, it's supposed to be the same length as normal high school. I always finished first semester before November started. My whole idea was why stop? Yeah I finished all of todays work, but why not start tomorrows work? This way if I had work I knew I could go to work and not worry about school. There were days I'd go all day, 12 - 14 hours just schooling. That sucked, but it was only 4 months, my summer vacation was 8 months long.

Dont drop out.
Stay in school. If your failing classes, stay after school and talk to the professor. If your one of those who disrespects or act silly in class, go to the professor and tell him/her that your playtime is over and that you are ready to commit. Believe it or not, high school professors hate failing students, unlike college where they dont give a flying "duck". Anyways, if your professors sees that you are really trying your best, they will let you slide and pass you. But you have to committ 100%. After high school, you will be better suited for certain jobs where as if you dont have a HS degree, you will get crappy jobs. As soon as you graduate or even during your last year of HS, get a job. That way you are prepared for the "real" world.
Just remember that your situation is not the worst. There are people in far worst situations, but they still overcome them.

Don't , Honestly stick to school and use that to stop dealing with other problems in your life. Just focus. If you don't have an education there's nothing out here. Just try your best brother stay up , Need anything LMK . Cheer up , Stay Strong

Speak to a teacher and tell them how your school work and home life are stressing you out. I dropped out of school and now I have a more difficult time getting employed for the job I want. Take my advice and stick with it, it's not worth dropping out because it'll take you longer to get to where you would like to be.
