I kinda think it is given the lack of new incidents, yet all bets are off with Halloween being so near. What do you guys think? I linked a video below I made about it (though you don't have to watch it) if you want to hear my longer opinion, but ultimately I will be prepared with weapon in arm come Halloween

thats been dead, as we all kind of figured it would. The only time it would come back is halloween. which is monday. After that, there wont be any sightings
