WiFi boosters you can plug straight into the wall. They work very well. I've had some before.

Specifically look for TP link extenders, cheap and can relay upto 300Mbps, fixes your problem

Sometimes it's just too much of a hassle to run a ethernet cable for some people bro. Honestly it would be your best bet though to run a ethernet cable. Maybe a wifi signal booster would help.

I had one of those but if the problem is if you only have one outlet under your desk where your setup is then you cant use a power strip plug and that in a 120v wall outlet. Or it will fry the plugs or blow the breaker everytime.
